Description
of Services: |
The single point of entry for individuals living in Tuscaloosa County seeking services for cognitive disabilities. We provide case management and referrals to agencies that provide day programs, residential programs, etc. We also provide support services for individuals living in their own homes in the community. |

Individuals must qualify as being mentally retarded. There is no cost for case management services. Other contracted services are usually funded by Medicaid. |
